what chitz™ does

chitz™ helps businesses configure and administer plan records, member access, payment tracking, engagement, status workflows and redemption interfaces. A configured plan record may be exposed as an internal product-like entry to support enrolment or redemption interfaces; this is an administrative mechanism and does not, by itself, make chitz™ the commercial seller of the plan.

what each business decides

The business decides whether and how it offers plans, who may enrol, what payment schedule applies, how benefits are treated, when suspension may occur, whether a plan may resume, and what cancellation and redemption rights apply. The business should make its terms and policies available to members, preferably through its own website and also through platform interfaces where configured.

legal and regulatory responsibility

Regulatory classification depends on the actual plan design, money flows, representations, business conduct and applicable law. chitz™ does not certify that a business's plan is outside any particular statute or regulatory regime. Each business must obtain appropriate advice and comply with requirements applicable to its own operations.
